Buying development land in Costa Rica can be
relatively simple and safe or very frustrating. Depending on
the size of the property, often sellers are reluctant to
give out information to just any Realtor.
Many times buyers of Development land leave in frustration
because the process to make a solid purchase was never put
forth to them. This need not happen.
Often an inquiry arrives by someone representing the buyer.
His or her immediate interest is getting information on
properties back into the hands of the buyer.
What occurs then is to contact a whole host of Realtors and
they are then armed with the same information or
thereabouts, converge on the area of interest requesting
pricing, availability etc of various properties. What comes
back is in a lot of cases very sparse information, not
